The contractor team under Jackson Dean Construction began construction of Costco Wholesale in May of 2013. By October, the nearly 154,000 square foot warehouse was operational and open for business. The main floor is complimented with a tire center, photo center, hearing center, deli department, optical center, bakery, and pharmacy.
